Visit to the Port of Arica

Professor Doris Sáez Hueichapan, accompanied by postdoctoral fellow Oscar Cartagena and doctoral candidate Karina Montaluisa, conducted a visit to the Port of Arica under the guidance of Sergio Vásquez, within the framework of project SHORE ANID/ATE230035. The proceedings included the presentation of the project’s objectives and research lines, followed by a tour of the port infrastructure to examine key operations and docking berths. This engagement reinforced collaboration between the entities and facilitated progress on port microgrid development.
